If you are experiencing any issues with your EchoMRITM including needing replacement holders or calibration samples please contact our customer support email support@echomri.com and include your system ID in the subject line. Your system ID can be found:

  • On a label on the inside of the rack’s rear door near the top of the door
  • On the main customer screen or under the Help dropdown menu of the EchoMRITM operational software

Microsoft has stopped supporting Windows XP and Windows 7 and on October 14, 2025 will stop supporting Windows 10. We offer an upgrade package to upgrade your system to Windows 11.
